Hello,

Please can someone help me?

I've had this Sony for quite a few years and ive since got myslef a desktop that i mostly use.I go back to this Vaio every now and then but its very very slow and i rarely use it, for that reason only.

I'm looking to restore it to Factory settings and im hoping that there is an easy way to get it sorted as i no longer have the box for the laptop etc.

If anyone can help i'd be really greatful!

Click on the below hyperlink "VAIO Care - Recovery and Restore" and follow the

instructions as shown in the video tutorial by your laptop manufacture.
