Hello,
I used Ccleaner.com to fix my slow laptop. It wiped out all of my email and when I am on the internet, the screen just disappears at random displaying my desktop. I try to go back in the site by placing the address on my home page and it brings up my desktop again. Then I can go back and try again. I can get on the internet, but it will kick me out sometimes. How weird? Now, I have a worser problem on my hand. I need my internet connection to be reliable. I am taking classes online.

hi,
try to do a system restore to fix your problem.
set your computer to a date when you did not performed the clean-up.
this wont bring your emails back but will set yopur computer to the settings it had.

Hi,
How do you perform a restore setting a date. I have done once before, but don't recall setting a date. Please advise. Thanks!
