Connection problems

Hello everybody,

My internet won't connect to my computer, it will connect to my iPad, ps4, and phone no problem but has problems with my computer. Sometimes it will connect but be really slow or not work at all.any suggestions?

I suggest you scan for malware and try testing with an Ethernet cable.

Scanned for malware.. All clean.. I noticed that I only didn't have internet in my bedroom... But everywhere else I have internet. What I don't get is that it still shows full signal. I just can't connect
