Internet Connected , But does not work on anything!

Hello , Last week i was searching the internet for ways to improve my computer for gaming , i came across one which told me disable or enable certain apps within task manager, I believe this is where my issue started...

I did not use my computer all weekend as i was away but when i returned i got an error message loading google chrome "DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NO_INTERNET" and i also had issues connecting to anything that requires internet use. When inspected i realised that my internet was connected strongly on a full connection.

I have tried from other pages such as

"Netsh winsock reset" and a few others but after the restart nothing changes.

I'd appreciate help ASAP please :)

(USB Adapter used)

I suggest you restore the computer to a date and time before you messed with it.

I tried but there is only the C: Drive option?
