Noise from my laptop

Hello,
i recently cot updated to windows 10 since then whenever i attach my earphone a very irritating noise comes from it and when i touch the speakers i feel it like its working like a microphone . i have a acer aspire 5740 laptop its 5yrs old. since then i never had any problem .when i remove my earphones a very irritating noise comes like ,when you move a mic to the speaker it connected to like that sound comes i tried many ways to stop it but i failed in everything....
please help me
