k so i did this system restore and after it was completed my internet was connected but only mozilla firefox was working nothing else was working chrome/IE and all apps i have on computer not working when i try to download stuff won't work so can anyone help me fix this problom

Did you do a malware scan? I suggest the free version of Malwarebytes.
