Toshiba continuously goes to a reboot screnn

My toshiba laptop will turn on but it only allows me to press f2 or f12 to boot and it just continuously goes to a reboot screnn what can I do to fix this please help

It appears you have a damaged Windows file or a failed hard disk. When pressing F12 do you get a "repair windows start-up" option?

The hard drive has failed and needs to be replaced an a new copy of Windows installed. You get the Realtek message because the laptop tried to boot from the network after it failed to find the hard disk.

I have the same issue can I put a window 8 disc in even though mine is windows 7
