Toshiba continuously goes to a reboot screnn

My toshiba laptop will turn on but it only allows me to press f2 or f12 to boot and it just continuously goes to a reboot screnn what can I do to fix this please help

It appears you have a damaged Windows file or a failed hard disk. When pressing F12 do you get a "repair windows start-up" option?

No it says realtek pcie fe family controller series v1 .24 10/07/10 pxe -e61 media test failure check cable then pxe- mof exiting pxe Ron then reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press any key

The hard drive has failed and needs to be replaced an a new copy of Windows installed. You get the Realtek message because the laptop tried to boot from the network after it failed to find the hard disk.

I have the same issue can I put a window 8 disc in even though mine is windows 7
