Hello,
Tried to format the drive yesterday and it said could not reset .So tried to do a system restore, since it was taking a long time switched off the laptop. Then switched on and tried to do the reset couple more times. The reset never happened and now the laptop powers on shows the dell logo, power bar is full and then nothing. It keeps cycling back to the dell logo again and again.Tried to do a check on the hard drive and other parameters ,everything is fine.Even now running a symptom tree check and it shows everything pass. What do I do?
I do not have the windows disk,I had loaded it on windows 10.
Any help will be appreciated

Is it possible to download and burn a Win 10 DVD on another computer? It appears that you will need to reinstall Win 10 from the DVD.

Good luck
