Hotmail 'unresponsive script' message

I am having an issue with my email account. Whenever I access the page, I get an 'unresponsive script' message, and then it asks me if I want to debug the script. I have selected this option several times, and it has yet to resolve the problem. Can someone assist me with this, please, as it is also preventing me from opening extra windows? Thank you.

OK, well let us start by clearing out your cache. Also, does it happen on a different browser? Try using a different browser.
