Audio has stopped working??

Hello,
I am actually experiencing similar problems that many have had, my audio has stopped working for no reason but I'm thinking the possibility of accidental uninstallation, there is a red(X) mark next to the speaker image and no sounds come, I have also tried several methods but none have worked so far. Please can you help?
My device IP is HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_8086&DEV_2882&SUBSYS_80860101&REV_1000\4&2187DCAC&0&0201

I suggest you update and reinstall the sound card driver
