Access is denied?

Hello,
I'll just ask if the viruses are already removed on my pc ef there's written access is denied..? I tried the steps in deleting the virus through cmd but then there's always access is denied written on the cmd.. how can i surely remove the virus on my pc? thanks

Which kind of virus are you talking about? Explain the entire issue.
