Hello when I try to turn on my laptop it give me a black screen and beeping sound I have try to take out the batterie and put it back but nothing have work BTW MY laptop is dell Inspiron 3520

You can buy a used one for $225 (on Amazon) and transfer your hard disk to it. Not much a home user can do with a dead laptop.
