Windows desktop has an invisible wall!

Hello there,

After my upgrade to windows 10, I noticed how I couldn't move my icons on the very bottom line of my desktop anymore.

At first, I though that it was a timed issue that will be resolved with an upcomming upgrade. Weeks have passed and the problem is still here.

I tried manually update drivers, as I though it might be the problem, but nothing has changed with that either.
