Hello,
I have a Dell inspiron e1505. It will turn on but will not load all the way. It's not taking me to the main screen. It's just on repeat it'll show me dell then take me to a black screen with "_" blinking and go back and keep doing the same thing over and over..

I suggest you use F12 at the Dell logo and run the hardware diagnostics. If the laptop passes the hardware checks then you can try booting from the Windows DVD and do a "repair".
