Hello,
I upgraded from Windows 8.1 which I loved to Windows 10 on a second computer (even though I had failed on my first computer's upgrade - stupid me). I can't access windows, my desktop came through but NO icons. I am able to bring up Task Manager and it says the host processing for syncing is running but I can't stop it, and my monitor just keeps blinking. I can't even get to the recovery to bring back 8.1 as I had on my first computer. Windows 10 is a bust! Can anyone give me a suggestion?
