Guys, please help me out, i just upgraded my Acer laptop to windows 10 and ever since I've not enjoyed my keyboard and touch pad, it's ultra SLOW more like frozen. please I need urgent help. I have exams I'm preparing for and the materials are in my system. HELP ASAP. please

Did you try external Mouse and keyboard?.. I think there in need of drivers for your keypad, Right click on keyboard and mouse options in device manager and press Update drivers.

Thanks a lot for the reply. Unfortunately, I've just done that and the device manager updated me with a Lenovo update instead of acer update. still, the keyboard is still as slow as before. please is there any other way out.

I've tried external mouse and keyboard and both are working. upon updating the keyboard driver, its still slow

Hello,

my name is david spellman and I have an Acer laptop and the whole keyboard and mouse locked up when I was trying to install a wireless internet on my computer. Then the mouse and keyboard locked up all of a sudden and I shutdown and restarted my acer laptop a couple times but the mouse and keyboard was still locked. So I need advice on how to unlock the built in mouse on my laptop and the keyboard.
