So this is what happened
1. My computer was working fine
2. I download windows 10
3. Works fine
4. few days I turn on my computer and it's doing a force update for like a bug fix or something small,
5. I turn off the computer since I was getting impatient and then it won't display on my monitor
6. At first my computer light was white but then I kept messing with it and it turned orange!
Help?

Proceed the following steps,

1) switch off the pc.

2) Remove RAM and then Reseat it again and switch on the pc.

3) press F8 until you got safe boot screen window. (if there is no display post back)

4) if you able to get into safe mode go to start-->all programs-->maintenance--> system restore.

No sadly don't have one, all I know is this

1. I had this monitor for a good 5-6 years, although it still shows an a orange light and a blue when I click the power button and says "going to power save (something else like no input"

2. Although I had the pc for only two years

3. At first the light on my pc would be white and after I kept messing with it after the incident happened it was still white but then I kept shutting it on and off and now it's orange

4. My video cable (the blue thingy) is the same age as the monitor

5. These incidents did not happen till my computer did some force bug fix update.

Switch off the pc and try to clear your cmos by removing the cmos battery or jumper settings on the motherboard as per motherboard manual and then start your pc.
