Can not load any new programs in VISTA

Hello,

Every time I try to install a new program in VISTA I get an error message that says" A device attached to your computer is not working". I tried installing from disk, USB and even copied the file to C and still get the same error. I am an administrator and still can load any new stuff.

Hi

You are trying the impossible. To install a programme, you need the installer package with the setup file included in it. You can't just transfer a programme and expect to install.
