Dell logo doesn't appear on startup

Hello,
I have a dell inspiron laptop at start the there is light in screen but the dell logo dont appear and the screen just remains lighted and nothing happens after that. Can you help me

Try this

1. Remove the battery and cable.

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.

3. Replug and start.
