Hi BHARAT,
We are talking about an external drive, right? Is it visible in Disk Management or in Device Manager. I recommend you to check the drive on another PC and with another USB cable. Does the drive have some LED light? Does it turn on, when you connect the drive? Can you feel the drive spinning when connected?
