Hello,

iam using teracom modem.i can connect my phone and laptop with the modem but on trying to connect with desktop using ethernet cable it shows error message as follows " modem doesnt have valid ip configuration" how to proceed now?

First you can check your Ethernet cable, It's working proper or not.
