I can not open my Latop (Dell - INSPIRON)

Hi All,
I am using Dell Inspiron and Windows 10. Actually I was using my Laptop and then i make restart my Laptop. While it was opening then i am starting to face any problem. Now my Laptop is not open.When I am trying to my laptop and click " Power button" then it's showing Dell Inspiron Logo ( please check image 1)
after that it's showing a black page and not opening my Operating system. Check Image 2


If any one know what's the problem then please help me with information.

Those vertical lines indicate a hardware problem on the motherboard. Factory service and the replacement of the motherboard will probably be needed.
