After plugging in the device, go to device manager (In run type "devmgmt.msc") In Device manager go to "Universal serial bus controllers" It should list the storage devices that you have connected to your PC. Right click and then click "Uninstall. Remove the USB drive and restart your system.
Try connecting the device again

I'm so gratefull for your quickly response but didn't solve my problem.
Win 7 take my pendrive like a cd driver and ask me for a disk.
Diskpart don't "list" it.
Kingston format utility couldn't format it.

I think that the way is with diskpart, but don't appear in the list.
What can I do?
I wait Your response with an aticipate :thanks you!!

Hello

Happy to help

Did you go to the device manager? Did you go to Universal serial bus controllers? Did you see your pen drive?
