Everything powers on but my monitor just says no signal.

Hello,
Before you say anything yes i have seen the other posts about this and yes i have tried all the suggested ideas but nothing works. So when i turn on my pc everything boots up fans and all hard drive sounds normal my graphics card looks normal but the fans are not spinning. This is my first build so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello

You write that you have tried all the suggested ideas, I would then be wasting your time and mine repeating all of those ideas which I ignore.

Perhaps if you give more info.
