I was going through my downloaded file to delete things to make space for an update. I restarted my computer for the changes to be saved. Since my computer turned on, I didn't have audio yet my computer said I do. It was picking up my headphones but when I tried to play a test tone it said it failed to play test tone. I have a Razor Megalodon and I tried the solution on https://ccm.net/forum/affich-76702-my-speakers-or-headphones-won-t-work but it didn't work for me. Please help.

Do a system restore:

Start-->All programs--> Accessories-->system tools-->system restore.

Select previous restore points where your head phones work good.

Note: In future please mention your OS and system specs in order to help you better.

Thanks.
