no web connection Closed

Question

Hello, 
I have a small toshiba PLL50C-02N02W laptop and I cannot connect to the next anymore for some reason
Now I tried doing your
netsh int ip reset resetlo.txt
and it sais there is no specified settings to be reset

When I reboot
I still can't connect
My access sais everything is fine
Issue with all browsers
I tried fixing re-installing, adding others like Frirefox
But it still won't fix the issue


Configuration: Windows / Chrome 47.0.2526.73

Are you connecting wireless? Did you ever connect to it before? Can you ping Google? Does it connect if you connect a cable? Who is your ISP? Does any other device connect and surf? Have you restarted the router? Does the router have any red lights on it?
