Dell laptop sometimes the text "jumps" to a different location

Hello,
As I type on my Dell Inspiron 660 laptop, somtimes the text "jumps" to a different location. Is this a keyboard problem? Will the problem be replaced by replacing the keyboard?

Are you certain you are not hitting the mousepad?
