Hello,
I am having an internet connection problem with my laptop. It is almost 5 weeks having this problem. I am connected to the internet and it has access but when I open my browser Chrome it says webpage unavailable what does this mean?? Also my online games it doesn't work please help me with this problem. Even connected to the router it doesn't work!! By the way I am using Windows Vista

Try this 1.
Click on Start --> In search box, type cmd --> Then "CMD" will be
displayed in the search --> Now right-click on "CMD" ---> Select "Run as
administrator". "Command Prompt" will be opened.
Now enter the below commands
ipconfig /flushdns --> Press Enter
ipconfig /release --> Press Enter
ipconfig /renew --> Press Enter
netsh int ip set dns --> Press Enter
netsh winsock reset --> Press Enter
Restart your PC
