They also haven't found the solutions :/
Also this is my local area connection adapter details:
Connection-specific DNS Suffix . :
Description . . . : Remote NDIS based internet sharing device#2
Physical address : 1C-4B-D6-B5-17-A2
DHCP enabled. : Yes
Autoconfiguration Enabled : Yes
IPv4 Address : 192.168.1.168(Preferred)
Subnet mask : 255.255.255.0
Lease Obtained : Wednesday. December 23,2015 9:31:07 AM
Lease Expires : Thursday. December 24,2015 9:31:06 AM
Default Gateaway : 192.168.1.1
DHCP server : 192.168.1.1
DNS Servers : 8.8.8.8 ; 8.8.4.4
NetBIOS over Tcpip : Enabled
I have also scan with roguekiller.exe.. it managed to scan a PUP on process, 6 PUP registry, and a PUP/suspicious file path.. Then, I delete them all, but still same problem encountered x_x

    Hey, sorry I just forgot to mention that I have look around this site and try them all.. Winsock reset also won't work :( the only one I can't do is changing LAN settings to automatically detect settings, the ok button won't work :/
