Hi,

I recently got a new laptop, it is a Dell Inspiron 14 and when using it some things weren't working properly just like emails and if I tried to fix them it wouldn't let me. So I thought if I reset the laptop, maybe that will help and I can set up the whole laptop and settings again. When trying to reset my laptop it came up saying it could not reset. I didn't know how a laptop could just not reset and then it went on to the Dell Assist, saying there was trouble trying to start my laptop and that they were testing from problems. After doing this twice, both times it said there was no problems. I turned the laptop off and tried to turn it on again but now when I do it shows the dell sign, then a blank page and keeps repeating this, like it is trying to start up but can't.

Can anyone help with what I could do to make it work?

Thank you

Should be warranty work if brand new and under 30 days! Don't attempt anything until you contact dell. If dell telephone support is the one that has been helping you, take it back, or send it back. NO DELL should be doing this!

Reintalling the system with boot cd may help to remedy this problem.
