I have network but I've been struggling with no internet connection on my MacBook Air while all other phones and laptop in my home are connected. My router is Belkin AC1200 DB Router. Please help

You should describe your question with more details. I don't know what the your phone and laptop's OS is. I check Macbook Manual and Belkin AC1800 Manual and I think two methods should be considered.
Method 1: Try to log in your router and restart it.
Method 2: Try to restore the network setting on your Macbook and reconnect the network.
