Inspiron 5010 not booting

Hello,

I have a booting issue with my laptop . There are 3 lights , 1 for Power 1 for charge and Middle one for Hard disk probably . Middle one light which when Power is switched on its glowing then after few seconds its going OFF . The fan is running . There is no ACTION on the screen , Nothing is coming . Dell logo nor the Windows , nothing is coming

What can be problem ? Please suggest

Try this

1. Remove the battery and cable.

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.

3. Replug and start.
