Western Digital hard-disk is not showing up.

my external hard drive can be safely removed and the computer managed to read it, but the partition is not showing up, what am I supposed to do to fix it without losing the data?

Hi Dareen,

Try to plug WD harddisk to other System or laptop to check if there is an issue with your WD or it is something else.
