Screen no input signal

Hello,
My screen displays no signal after working perfectly for 3-4 minutes. it comes back no for the same duration if i plug/unplug the hdmi cable or switch the power cable of the screen on/off


<config>windows 10, 6700k skylake processor, 32gb crosshair ram, asus Z170 delux motherboard<config>

pls suggest what parts may need to be replaced
note: this computer is one month old

It sounds like your signal is not a signal that your monitor will support. Set it to the lowest setting and see if it stabilizes!

thank you for the response, but the the problem is that the pc works fine at 4k for say 5 min after booting up then suddenly displays no signal on the screen

Are the fans still on and running when it goes black? If so, next time you start it up, change your monitor setting to the lowest it will go. If it continues to run for 5 minutes, make another slight change to the resolution. If it continues to run, make another change, until it does not last. Then reboot and set back to the last setting it would hold. It still sound like it is a synching issue with resolution!
