Ip missing

Hello,
i reboot my dlink modam now I can't access my ip it was 192.168.1.1 ,
now I can't access that ip when i go for cmd it's showing the ipconfig is 192.169.100.45,
I tried this ip sti I can't access and my modam has no password also is that open now
help is appreciated

If the router was restarted, then restart your PC to pull a new IP address!
