Router limited connection

Hello,


we changed our router recently its working just fine the only problem we have is some computers cant connect, well they can but it says limited while on others its working just fine, can you help

In those cases the computer with a limited connection should me connected to the router with a cable or installed much closer to the router or you must install a much more powerful router.
