Hi, I had recently format my laptop with windows 7 OS. After successfully booting the laptop, i can only connect to internet through wire connection. Laptop isn't showing wifi list or connection available even though i turn on the wifi. Do i need to install any drivers for wifi availability. If yes which drivers.

Yes you probably need the wifi driver> Go to this Dell site to identify and download the missing driver:
