Computer keeps reatarting then stuck

Hello, I own a windows xp.
After several minutes my computer restarts itself then it get stucks like frozen in the loading screen with the windows logo and the three blue dots bar. Or just restarts itself again after 1-2 minutes on that part.

Last configuration just restarts it again.

Safe mode works.

Basicly it either get stucks in the windows boot usually in the loading bar or it is in a restart loop until it do get stuck.


Help please.
