I went to then store i just got a week ago my friend i was told downtown computer,. I went hard drive issue so only knowing a week to the same as anyone would have honest person available but they told me I had to pay now or i would loose everything .
right now I have absolutely zip zero nothing .
please help I have type 4 cancer that's really bad I thought I would get just my laptop back with out paying nothing.
