Internet keeps going out

Hello,
my internet keeps going out like every 10-15 mins maybe longer or less but i have a Linksys WRT54g router and im hardwired to it i also have a Motorola SBG900 Modem and i have no idea why its going out would it be my ISP or my network it self not set up properly any help would be greatly appreciated ty

You just have to contact your service provider about this issue.. thanks
