Internet stops even if connected

I have a acer aspireV laptop. In the last month or so the internet keeps cutting out for no reason. Even if I am connected with an Ethernet cable it just dies. Also since yesterday for some reason I can't connect to my 5Ghz wifi which is weird because 5g always works for me with my R7000 Nethear router. Frankly this internet issue is huge I try to play a damn game and mid game boom internet dies and I'm kicked from the game until it comes back in 30sec. Or so. I would like this fixed soon, I tried to contact acer but they said the would fix it at the price of 199.99 and no way in hell thats happening.
