my laptop Toshiba can't recognize extern disc of Packard Bell that'last time that i try instaled windows 10 and then I go back to my windows 7 from this time is my extern disc out of running who have same ideas how can I get back disk is ful of my music HELP ME HEEEEEEEEEEEELPPPPPPPPPPPPP

Hi Amsterdam,
Please open Disk Management and check if the drive is recognized. Does it have a correct file format and a drive letter? Try changing the drive letter by right clicking the drive. I strongly recommend you to connect the drive to another PC and with another USB cable.
If the external is not recognized and is not visible in Disk Management, open the Command Prompt and type the commands:
Diskpart
List disk
Is the drive listed there?
