Laptop won't start

Hello,
please can someone help me, I am going crazy, my laptop won't start, when I press the power button it button just blinks light and won't power on, th power pack indicates power is going into the laptop

Try this

1. Remove the battery and cable.

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.

3. Replug and start.
