Startup problems

Every time I turn my laptop on it says attempting repairs and I can't even go to my log in screen because it will bring up an all bulge screen that says "press advances options to try other options to repair your PC or shut down your PC" I've tried the shut down part. Nothing is seeming to work.

You need a qualified PC Tech to diagnose the problem. I suspect you need Windows reinstalled and perhaps a new hard disk,
