Facebook and other social networking sites not loading

Hello,
Since last 2 days, facebook and other social networking sites are not getting properly loaded both in my laptop and desktop. The rest are working fine. I'm able to download music fast but softwares are taking so long to get downloaded. My few of my friends who use connection from the same isp are able to access these sites without any problem. Can this probably be anything with the network or is it some malware activity ?? Any solutions ?? Please help.
