My computer says no signal

Ok so I have turned on my computer for once this month and when I do,the monitor says that it has no signal. I only hear one beep and I unplugged and plugged everything multiple times... Plz respond to this if you know the solution!

dead computers require "hands-on" access to diagnose. I suggest you have a local PC repair shop take a look at it.
