Hello,

My WD is not being recognized by my computer. Can someone help me. I tried on other computers and the problem is the same. It started after it has fallen down.
Thank you

Hi Ruhup,

Sadly, physical damage may cause a lot of problems to a hard drive. Trying on another PC was a great idea, but unfortunately, if there is a mechanical issue, it cannot be ignored or repaired. Are there any noises coming from the hard drive? Can you feel it spinning when you connect it to the PC?
If you have important data stored on the drive, I would recommend you to contact a Data Recovery Company. If there is no important data on the drive, I would recommend you to get a new drive.

Hope this helps
