Will Not Load....anywhere!

Have had this issue for going on two weeks. Have searched everywhere and tried all the "tips" I've found. Even emailed Mark Zuckerberg, he didn't respond.

Here's the issue... I can not access Facebook from any computer. The facebook homepage comes up. I type in my login information and get a blank screen. I exit my browser (clear cache, etc...) open Facebook back up. Login as my brother and bam! It works like a charm. Went across town to my brothers house and the same thing happend there.

Now mind you i've tried it on Chrome, Safari, IE, Edge, and Firefox.

On my iPhone, iPad, and iPadMini....Facebook works fine through the app with one MAJOR issue...the notification tab does not work. When clicked on it says try again or just spins.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!!
