Hi FeNdy,
Could you please confirm that you are using the PC as an Administrator? If you are not you may need to contact him. If you are the Administrator, try accessing those folders while in Safe Mode. I strongly recommend you to update your anti virus and do complete system check. If you have the option, connect the drive to another PC as a secondary drive and try to backup all data from those folders.
