GMAIL Account Disabled Closed

Question

Hello, 

I already send in all possible forms for disabled accounts and google support, and keep receiving a reply that my YOUTUBE account is disabled and that I should log in and correct the username. The problem is that the GMAIL account is disabled and I cannot sign in at all. Is there a way to enable the account??

Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 51.0.2704.103

You can retrieve your account using different methods by gmail or you have to create a different account....choice is yours!

Since you have violated the terms of use it will be impossible to enable your account and Gmail does not offer any way to appeal their decision.

no violations have been committed, that is just ther message being received. How can we reinstate the account? and why do we keep on getting replies about the YouTube account??

That is an excellent question which I thought about asking you.

There is no relation between YouTube and Gmail!

Do you have a YouTube account?

Did you ever send a YouTube url link via Gmail?

Did you ever received a message that your account was disabled for security reasons?

don't have a YouTube account as far as we know. Never sent a YouTube - maybe received. This is the reply that we got tens of times after filling out the "disabled" form:
Hello,
Your YouTube account is currently disabled because of violations on Google+. Your videos have not been deleted, but are not visible to anyone. If you’d like to appeal this decision, please do so by navigating to this page https://support.google.com/googlecurrents/answer/6320424?visit_id=637146175617579783-2622401211&rd=1 and following the instructions provided.

Please note that when a YouTube channel is connected to a Google+ profile, deleting the Google+ profile also disables the YouTube channel.

This is weird, I suggest that your account has been hacked.

when entering the account and password, this is what comes up:

Couldn't sign you in
Google does not provide another way to sign into this account at this time.

I have same problem as @gluu14 

I haven't done anything with youtube or google+ recently.
My account is secured. I believe it has not been hacked
One thing I think that my account is disabled because I send many undeliverable emails in one day. Account's disabled email sent after I send many undeliverable emails
But when I submit appeal forms. I keep receiving a reply that my YOUTUBE account is disabled and that I should log in and correct the username.
It doesn't have any relation 
and how can I sign in while my account is disabled ?
